The class is for beginners with no experience and those that have been training for a few years. We meet Wednesday evening at 7.30 pm. The focus of the class will be on improving and maintaining health. Covering posture alignment, balance, flexibility, breathing, principles of Tai Chi, Kai Men and Tao Yin exercises along with the Form & push hands.
Due to COVID-19 this class is not currently open.
Tai Chi - 1st Tengchi
On a friend’s recommendation I joined a Tai Chi class taught by Tony Swanson. That was over 20 years ago now. I’m bit of a sports nut, so have done a lot of different sports in my time, judo for 6 years being one of them. I still enjoy going to the gym, swimming, & badminton each week along with Tai Chi. Plus a lot of walking with our dogs !
