About Barry Leaf:

I have been training for several years in Li Family style Tai Chi and Kung Fu (Feng Sou) and working towards 1st Degree level in both forms. I have a little way to go before I will be ready to start my own class, watch this space. I have completed the coach training units by the British Council of Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA) and keep them up-to-date. Over the years I had some training in Karate and Krav Maga, I have stuck with Li Family Style. I have recently retired and seem busier more than ever. Outside of Li Style I run a weekly outdoor exercise class in Bexley, am a run leader in a running club and occasionally do massage work. I am up-to-date with Emergency First Aid and Safeguarding training and have a current Enhanced DBS.
